On July 31, 2009, Integrity Bank, Jupiter, FL was closed by the Florida
Office of Financial Regulation. Subsequently, the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
was named Receiver.
No advance notice is given to the public when a financial institution
is closed.

The FDIC has assembled useful information regarding your relationship with Integrity Bank. Effective Friday, October 30, 2009 at 5:00 p.m., the Integrity Bank on-line banking products will no longer be available. We strongly recommend that all Integrity Bank customers do the following in preparation of moving to the new on-line banking products with Stonegate Bank.
Your new on-line banking service will be established the week of November 2nd and you can expect to receive an e-mail from the Commercial Services Department (commserv@stongegatebank.com) at Stonegate Bank on the day that your new account has been activated. The e-mail will include additional details about the services available to you. |
